The Score Review service is not available for Georgia candidates.
Occasionally a test taker may feel that his or her final score was reported incorrectly. If your overall score for the assessment indicates that you did not meet the passing requirements and you believe a discrepancy may have occurred during the scoring of your task(s), you may request that ETS conduct a review of responses scored. A trained rater will review your task(s) responses and scores to determine whether they are consistent with the scoring rules established for the assessment. There is a fee for this service for each task. This is not a rescoring service and if the review determines that your score is correct, the review fee is nonrefundable.
To have a task score reviewed, download and complete the ETS® Performance Assessments Score Review Request Form and email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax it (1-609-683-2040) to ETS.
Before submitting your score review request form, please be aware of the following:
- Your request must be received within three months of the score report date.
- If there is a change in your reported score, the revised score (which may be higher or lower) is reported to you and to the recipients of the original score report.
- Your score for each task will be reviewed only once.
- Allow 60 days from the date of your request to receive score review results.
