College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia (CSHBC) Registration Requirements

To Qualify for Registration as a Registered Audiologist with CSHBC

The requirements for becoming a Registered Audiologist (RAUD) with CSHBC are set out on CSHBC's website.

For all applicants, except those transferring from a regulator in another Canadian province where they hold Full registration, successfully passing the Praxis® Audiology exam is an essential part of the registration process. The passing scaled score set by CSHBC for the audiology exam is 160.

To Qualify for Registration as a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist

The requirements for becoming a Registered Speech Language Pathologist with CSHBC are set out on CSHBC's website.

For all applicants, except those transferring from a regulator in another Canadian province where they hold Full registration, successfully passing the Praxis Speech-Language Pathology exam is an essential part of the registration process. The passing scaled score set by CSHBC for the speech-language pathology exam is 154.
