Tests required for all licensure areas
Beginning teachers in all content areas must pass all three Praxis Core Academic Skills for Educators (Core) tests.
Tests required for specific licensure areas
Beginning teachers in all areas must pass one Principles of Learning and Teaching test and the appropriate content test.
The following Praxis Subject Assessments are optional to use in lieu of a degree in the content area for those educators seeking an additional endorsement.
