This page explains how to cover your students’ Praxis® test fee by following our bulk order procedures.
If you do not know which students will use the vouchers ahead of time, please submit a Bulk Registration Order Form with the required fees. After receiving and processing the request, we will send you a spreadsheet containing voucher numbers that you can distribute to your students.
If you know which students will be testing before you submit the request, please have each student complete a Test Authorization Voucher Request Form. Send this form to ETS together with the Bulk Registration Order Form and the required fees.
After the order is processed, each student will be contacted with a voucher number that they can use to register online. All orders submitted with the Test Authorization Voucher Request Forms must include a list stating each test taker’s name, date of birth, test(s) and the amount paid by you for each request form. Incomplete forms will be returned to the school/agency (if the forms are submitted with a check, a refund will be issued).
Praxis can accept only one form of payment and cannot bill test takers for additional tests. Submit the total amount due in one form of payment, or submit a signed Purchase Order. Purchase Orders received without a signature will be returned to the school/agency along with any Test Authorization Voucher Request Forms.
All vouchers are valid for one full calendar year from the date of issue. Lost vouchers should be reported to ETS at 1-800-772-9476. View registration, test centers and dates for additional information.
By using the forms and following these procedures when completing them, you will assist us in processing your request(s) quickly and accurately. Please begin to use these forms when making your next group voucher request.
