Important Information
As of September 1, 2010, the state of Minnesota requires candidates for educator certification to take the Minnesota Teacher Licensure Examinations (MTLE). If you are a new candidate for educator certification, please visit the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board website for further information. Candidates cannot take the Praxis® tests for Minnesota licensure, and passing scores for tests taken prior to that date are no longer accepted. As of January 1, 2016, only MTLE scores are accepted.
