Navigate to the ONE Program-Specific Library where you will have access to the 2025 AP Zoom Collaboration User Guide and 2025 AP Zoom Quick Start Guide.

To use the ETS ONE application and LMS, your system and device must meet the following requirements.

Computer and operating system

  • PC: Windows® 8 or higher
  • MAC®: macOS® 14.0 (Sonoma) or 15.0 (Sequoia)

Note: Tablets and mobile devices are NOT supported.

Browser

  • Chrome® (Windows, macOS)
  • Firefox® (Windows, macOS)

Note: The required browsers must be the last two major releases. Microsoft® Internet Explorer®, Safari® and Microsoft Edge are currently unsupported.

Browser configurations

  • Enable:
    • JavaScript
    • cookies
    • local storage
    • Acrobat Reader® add‐on/plug‐in
  • Install Acrobat Reader® 7.0 or higher

Screen resolution

  • The ONE and LMS applications are best viewed at a screen resolution of 1400 x 1050 or higher.

Connection speed

  • Non-video scoring in ONE: General use of this application requires an internet connection speed of at least 2 Mbps.
  • Video scoring in ONE: Video scoring in this application (i.e., within AP CSP) requires an internet connection speed of at least 5 Mbps.
  • To run a free speed test on your computer, go to www.speedtest.net.

Antivirus software

Some antivirus software may create issues in accessing the ONE website. You must add the URLs below to the exclusion/exception list of your antivirus app:
