The Capability Development team is made up of product owners and Scrum Masters who execute the development of prototype solutions. The team leverages strategic inputs from the business, educational and market research trends that result in innovative solutions to the identified needs in the target market.
The team aims to:
- guide the development and refinement of target markets, user problems and viable solution concepts
- refine the scope of a solution through prioritization efforts and a lean design approach
- articulate and track success metrics throughout the development life cycle
In close coordination with other functional areas and stakeholder collaborations, this team ensures that our prototypes leverage a user-centered design process, built upon a solid research base, and incorporate AI-powered technologies to positively impact real users.
