Jill Carey is a principal statistical associate—level 2 in the Psychometric Analysis and Research group in the Research & Development division at ETS. She is currently working in the department supporting the TOEFL® assessments. She began her career at ETS as a statistical assistant in March 2000. She earned a bachelor’s from The College of New Jersey and a master’s from Rutgers University.
