Tsung-Han Ho

Tsung-Han Ho is a senior psychometrician in the Research & Development division at ETS. He received a Ph.D. in educational psychology/quantitative methods from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. He joined ETS immediately after graduation and has professional membership with the American Educational Research Association and the National Council on Measurement in Education. 

Ho has worked with teams for the CLEP®, PRAXIS®, TOEIC®, and TOEFL® tests as well as the National Assessment of Educational Progress and K–12 populations. He has provided psychometric services to numerous projects for both internal and external clients. He has research experiences with computerized adaptive testing, item response theory scaling and linking, test security, and operational applications of MIRT. He currently works with the Psychometric Analysis and Research group on the GRE® test program.
