Jeremy Lee is a research project manager in the Center for Language Education and Assessment Research in the Research & Development division at ETS. He received an M.A. in applied linguistics from Teachers College at Columbia University in 2015 and a B.A. in communications with a second major in psychology from the University of Buffalo in 2010. He is currently a Ph.D. student at Rutgers University with a specialization in learning sciences.
Prior to joining ETS in 2017, he taught English as a foreign language in South Korea as well as academic English at Binghamton University. His research interests include formative assessment, assessment literacy, and equity for linguistically diverse students in science, technology, engineering, and math. At ETS, he has contributed to projects involving computer-assisted language learning, formative assessment to improve teaching and learning, generating automated feedback, washback, and teacher training.
