Jeremy Lee is a senior research project manager in the ETS Research Institute. There, he primarily works in the Innovations in Interactive Digital Assessments in STEM program. He received his Ph.D. in learning sciences from Rutgers University. His research interests include formative assessment, teacher training, conversational agents, and multilingual learners in STEM. Over the past eight years at ETS, he has built a robust usability research toolkit through leading focus groups, interviews, A/B testing, needs analysis, and survey development and analysis. Collaborating across sectors, he specializes in translating user insights into research and product decisions. Whether leading studies or managing projects, he is guided by ethical research practices, committed to stakeholder needs, and motivated by a desire to drive meaningful impact through research findings.
