Jennifer Lentini is a senior technical project coordinator in the AI Research Labs in the Research & Development division. She joined ETS in 2006. Currently, her primary research focus is on the assessment and development of work readiness skills and behaviors for adults and out of school youth. In addition, she contributes to the research on issues related to adult literacy, English language acquisition, and postsecondary readiness. Her other areas of interest include the intersection of second language acquisition and reading disabilities, reading difficulties in adult learners, and linguistically sensitive instruction and assessment.
