Jillian McCarthy is a product management lead with the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Reporting group at ETS. She is responsible for providing support to the NAEP reporting team on all data-related requests, ensuring quality and accuracy of all NAEP reports as well as all other report deliverables, and creating statistical documentation to support report data. She is involved with maintaining the Nation’s Report Card (NRC) home page and two dashboards on the NRC website: the Public, Private, and Charter School Dashboard and the Achievement Gaps Dashboard. She is also responsible for overseeing the updates, reviews, and automation of the State/District Report Generator Tool, state/district Snapshot reports, and ancillary appendix tables. She has worked at ETS since 2011 and has a B.A. in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration.
