Megan Sobecki is a director of solution management in the ETS Research Institute. She leads end-to-end solution design for new clients and strategic pursuits. She has 15 years of experience at ETS, progressing from operations leadership to product and commercial strategy roles across a range of assessment programs. She spent eight years supporting College Board programs, including Advanced Placement (AP), SAT, PSAT, and the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), as well as Services for Students with Disabilities. In these projects, she was responsible for overseeing operational teams, client relationships, service-level performance, and budget management. She subsequently held product operations and business unit leadership roles within assessment development and psychometrics, focusing on delivery execution, profitability, and alignment with strategic growth objectives.
Her current responsibilities include solution design, pursuit and pricing strategy, financial modeling for new and ongoing business initiatives. She also manages the item banking information system (IBIS) as a Service (SaaS) contract with the Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA).
Megan holds a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from Drexel University, with a concentration in business and data analytics. She is pursuing an Ed.D. in educational leadership at Drexel University, where her dissertation explores the lived experiences of leaders as they work to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their daily tasks.
