Yanxuan Qu is currently a senior psychometrician in Psychometric Analysis & Research area in the Research & Measurement Science unit of the Research & Development division at ETS. She works on a variety of testing programs in the TOEIC® family, including TOEIC Listening & Reading, TOEIC Speaking & Writing, TOEIC Bridge™ and TFI® assessments.
Over the years at ETS, she has had experience with many kinds of equating, linking, and scaling. She also has experience with tests with constructed-response items. She would love to learn more about automatic test assembly and multistage testing.
Prior to joining ETS in May 2006, Qu was a research assistant in the College of Education at Michigan State University.
