Ruopei Sun

Ruopei Sun is a principal research data analyst in the ETS Research Institute. As such, she contributes to a variety of research projects, especially those for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). She made significant contributions to the successful completion of the NAEP operational assessments since 2009. Additionally, she is proficient at executing a vast array of complex NAEP psychometric analysis software, which she has conducted in support of both operational and research goals. She is also a key contributor to NAEP research projects such as a study evaluating a multi-stage testing approach to NAEP mathematics scaling. She has assisted in preparation for numerous extremely productive NAEP quality control (QC)/plausibility for client (National Center for Education Statistics, NCES) meetings and numerous client requests for ad-hoc analyses. 

Sun completed her M.S. in statistics at Rutgers University and previously earned a B.S. in biology from Wuhan University in Wuhan, China. She is fluent in both Chinese and English.
