Eowyn P. Winchester O’Dwyer

Eowyn P. Winchester O’Dwyer is a research project manager in the Research & Development division at ETS, where she conducts research on supporting teachers’ assessment literacy and formative assessment practices, scenario-based assessment design, culturally responsive pedagogy, and civic education. She is a current Ph.D. student at the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University, where she studies post-truth issues in K-12 education, critical media and information literacies, and epistemic cognition. She received her M.A. in education from the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University and her B.A. in secondary education and English from The College of New Jersey.
