Bihua Xiang is a director of psychometrics & data analysis at ETS, where he provides leadership to a team of psychometricians and data analysts and leadership oversight to a portfolio of K-12 contracts and ETS K-12 products. Xiang is accountable for strategic planning and decision-making, people management, scopes and budgets, and quality of all deliverables on the projects in his portfolio. Prior to his current role, he led psychometric services teams on large-scale multivendor state and consortium assessment programs, where he not only oversaw his teams and internal and external consultants but also conducted statistical analysis, including but not limited to test-score equating, item analysis, and reliability analyses.
