Zhitong Yang is a research project manager in the Education and Career Development center in the Research & Development division at ETS. He received his Ed.D. in teaching, learning, and science curriculum design from University of Pennsylvania in 2019 and his M.A. in educational psychology from Rutgers University. His work involving managing multiple research project/subprojects of higher education outcome measure, noncognitive measures for workforce readiness, and K-12 science performance assessment. He collaboraties with senior staff to ensure that the project goals are achieved and that budgets and timeline are met.
