Ying Feng is a principal research systems specialist in the ETS Research Institute. She works on dynamic reporting solutions and research initiatives for various projects such as the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC), and the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).
Prior to returning to ETS in 2015, she was employed at CTB/McGraw-Hill as a statistical analyst II for seven years. Her work there included artificial intelligence scoring and acuity informative assessment. She previously worked for ETS in the Statistical Analysis and TIPS areas from 2001 to 2007 as a senior statistical analyst.
She received an M.S. in information systems with minors in computer science and finance from Mississippi State University.
