This speech, given at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, December 9, 1949, had the theme "Frontiers of Evaluation," including frontiers of ideas, instruments and techniques, and uses of evaluation. The talk and "buzz" session that followed were devoted to short exposition of major ideas about evaluation, newer techniques and instruments of evaluation, and maximum utilization of test results. Several technical notes and items of information are included. Three samples of "sufficiency of data" items were included in the talk and are included here.
