Abstract
This symposium was presented at the 68th Annual Convention of the American Psychological Association Meeting in Chicago in 1960. Four papers were presented: "Use of Simulation in the Study of the Elementary School Principalship," "Measurement of Administrative Performance Factors Using In-Basket Tests," "Judgments of the Effectiveness of Performance in School Administration," and "Implications of Criteria of Performance for School Administration."
