Abstract

Previous research indicates greater negative self-report is obtained under anger-arousing conditions than under neutral conditions. In the present study, a personality questionnaire was administered under anger-arousing and neutral conditions. Differences between item means under the two conditions corroborate previous findings. Item factor analysis results are found to differ systematically between the two conditions.
