Abstract
National Longitudinal Study of the High School Class of 1972 in this article, some of the implications resulting from reliability and validity studies conducted with educational surveys are discussed. Selected results are presented for a reliability and validity study conducted with the base-year data collection for the National Longitudinal Study of the High School Class of 1972, a project currently being sponsored by the National Center for Educational Statistics of the U.S. Office of Education.
