Abstract
This Policy Information Report presents data on educational achievement that indicate how well the nation's top students are performing. The report scans student performance from the fourth grade through graduate school using indicators such as the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), Advanced Placement Program (AP) participation, college and graduate school entrance tests, and higher education degrees.
