Abstract

The job analysis study described in this report was conducted to serve as one of the bases for documenting the content validity of the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Elementary Education. The purpose of the study was to describe the most important knowledge domains needed by newly licensed (certified) elementary school teachers in order to perform their jobs in a competent manner.
