Abstract
Subsequently, a subsample of 64 teachers drawn from the extremes of the CFASST engagement score scale were interviewed to verify the survey results to provide more information about teachers' BTSA/CFASST experiences and to recruit a sample of teachers for case studies. Interview data confirmed the survey findings.
