Abstract

The purpose of this study was twofold: first, to carry out nationally representative surveys to gather information about the teaching practices of AP® Biology and AP U.S. History teachers; and second, on the basis of the data gathered, to characterize differences among AP teachers in both Biology and U.S. History with respect to their instructional practices.
