After the Test
Most post-test procedures for the GRE® General Test taken at home are the same as for tests taken at a test center.
Scores
- You will receive your official scores in your ETS account approximately 10–15 days after your test date.
- Your scores will be sent to the institutions you designated on test day approximately 10–15 days after you take the test.
- You can order additional score reports from your ETS account.
Retesting
- You can register for another GRE General Test at home appointment, following the same procedures listed on this website.
- You can register for a GRE General Test at a test center, as available dates permit, in your ETS account.
- You can take the GRE General Test once every 21 days, up to five times within any continuous rolling 12-month period (365 days). This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously.
