General Exam Rules and Guidelines

Ensure that you have administrator rights on the computer you will use for testing, as these permissions are required to install and configure testing software. Before test day, you must install the secure browser or update the existing secure browser, if prompted, in order to proceed with testing.

• Clear your desk and surrounding area.
• Stay connected to a power source.
• Your mic and webcam must remain on throughout the test.
• No phones or headphones.
• No dual monitor.
• No talking.
• You must be alone in the room.
• You must stay in your seat.
• You must be in view of the camera throughout the session.
• You may use a whiteboard or transparent sleeve with dry erase markers.
• If you need to use the restroom, please do so now as there are no unpermitted breaks during the test.

Please Note:

We take test security very seriously and if the proctor observes any suspicious or unauthorized behavior, they may terminate your session.

If you are disconnected for more than 15 minutes, your session will be terminated.

At the end of your exam, you must clear your whiteboard or transparent sleeve.

You may check in to your test session beginning 30 minutes before your scheduled test time. If you access the check-in page earlier than this window, return closer to your scheduled start time. Do not refresh the page. When you are ready to begin, select the launch link again to start your test session.
