TOEIC® Scores Accepted for Work Permits in the Cayman Islands

The Cayman Islands Department of Immigration has announced the requirement of English-language testing for prospective employees whose first language is not English, effective July 1, 2014. The Department of Immigration will accept TOEIC® scores for temporary or full work permits, and advises applicants must submit listening, reading, writing and speaking test scores. Score reports issued prior to July 1, 2014, will be accepted; however, applicants may not use score reports older than two years. Applicants may take the TOEIC Listening & Reading test and TOEIC Speaking & Writing tests at the nearest public test center.
