Identify key behavioral skills employees need to succeed
The assessment component of the WorkFORCE® Program for Career Development measures 13 personality attributes which are then described as six behavioral competencies known to be predictive of workplace performance. Powered by the ETS FACETS™ engine, the assessment’s adaptive forced-choice design will quickly identify an individual’s strengths and areas for improvement.
