Resubmission

If your assessment score falls below the passing score, you’re eligible to resubmit any or all six tasks for a fee during the resubmission window immediately following your original submission. See Resubmitting Your Tasks for more information.

How tasks are scored

Each task is broken down into three steps, and each step is scored based on a 4-point rubric. The rubric delegates scores based on how well you encompassed all the required Teacher Leader Model Standards in your submission.

Steps are rated on a scale of 1 to 4, with 4 being the highest possible score. Steps that are determined to be nonscorable receive a score of 0.

For more information, see “Portfolio Scoring” in the PATL Candidate and Educator Handbook (PDF).
