Vouchers for the PASL Assessment

You can purchase vouchers for your test takers to use when they register. Vouchers are available for purchase for the registration fee or resubmission fee. See test-taker fees.

To order your vouchers, complete the voucher order form:

Send the completed order form order to:

Include a purchase order with the form. If paying by credit or debit card, we'll call you to collect your payment information.

After processing your order, we’ll send a list of voucher numbers to the contact person indicated on the order form. Upon receipt, you can distribute the voucher numbers to your test takers.

Test takers should enter the voucher number when prompted for payment when registering through their ETS account.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

• Acceptable payment methods are credit card or signed purchase orders as indicated on the order form.
• Only one form of payment will be accepted.
• Purchase Orders received without a signature will be returned to the school/agency.
• Voucher numbers won’t be generated until credit card transactions have been approved or a signed purchase order has been received.
• Vouchers are nonrefundable and nontaxable.
• Applicable taxes will be applied to the voucher order based on state tax laws regarding assessment purchases.
