If you already entered task responses or uploaded artifacts, you’ll lose access to that information when you reschedule or cancel.
You can reschedule your registration to another submission window until 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on the reschedule deadline for your submission window. The reschedule fee is $40. You can reschedule via your ETS account or by contacting Customer Service. Spring 2024 registrations can only be rescheduled to fall 2023.
If you cancel your registration by 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on the cancellation deadline for your submission window, you may be eligible for a partial refund. You can cancel via your ETS account or by contacting Customer Service.
To cancel after the cancellation deadline, contact Customer Service. You won’t be eligible for a refund. See refund policies.
