Abstract
This computer program provides a numerical solution to the mathematical equations derived by Cronbach and Gleser (1965) in their elegant treatment of the two stage sequential selection problem. Basically, the computer program provides the means for: (1) selecting a subset of two predictors from a set of predictors to be used in the two stage selection procedure; (2) determining the cutting scores on the first stage test such that some individuals will be (a) accepted after the first stage, (b) rejected after the first stage, (c) decision withheld, that is, the decision to accept or reject is postponed until information is gathered at the second stage.
