This paper describes a FORTRAN IV computer program for estimating true-score distributions and graduating (i.e., fitting or "smoothing") observed-score distributions. Possible uses of further computations based on the true-score distributions provided by this program are also listed. The model (by Lord) used to compute the true-score distribution, restrictions on the program's use, required input, and the output are all described in the text. A card-by-card description of input and a page-by-page description of output are included in the appendix.
