How you’ll receive TOEIC score reports depends on whether the test was administered at a public or institutional testing session.
If the test is taken at a public test center (not at the request of an organization), test takers receive their scores directly from the local ETS Preferred Network (EPN) office. Scores are confidential and released only to ETS and test takers. Test takers can use these score globally.
When ETS administers TOEIC tests at the request of a sponsoring organization or educational institution — either on site or at a test center — results are reported in a score roster and/or score report that is sent directly from the EPN office to the sponsoring organization or institution. Scores are confidential and released only to ETS and the sponsoring organization; they aren’t globally portable.
The score roster is intended for internal use only and can’t be used by test takers as an indication of their official score. The score roster helps organizations interpret scores and includes:
