Due to concern for the health and safety of test takers and staff, some public test administrations for the TOEIC® program have been postponed in some countries. In each case, the decision to postpone testing has been made in coordination with country governments, test centers or other local partners.
United States and Canada
For test takers registered to take a TOEIC or TFI™ public test in the United States or Canada, please call your testing location (the phone number is printed on your test admission ticket) to confirm if any changes have been made to your scheduled test date. You may also contact TOEIC@ets.org or call +1-609-771-7170 with questions about your scheduled test date.
Outside of the United States and Canada
For more information about TOEIC and TFI public test administrations outside of the United States and Canada, please contact your in-country ETS Preferred Network office by visiting https://toeicglobal.com/contact.
ETS joins in the worldwide concern for the people affected by this health crisis, and the safety and health of TOEIC test takers and staff are our first priority.
